Fresh Start Contracting tackled this year long project with the goal to completely transform this home. What was once a small single family home with potential is now a glamorous and eye-popping custom, Transitional style home with a river view! The renovations on this home were substantial and addressed the key issues with the home: poor foundation, old framing and lack of space. The foundation repairs were consulted on by engineers to ensure that it could hold the new home’s weight. The old framing was removed, strengthened with new posts and beams and a third story was added! By adding the extra level, the house gained better views and additional living space. Additional upgrades included: new HVAC, custom kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, home exercise room and modern balconies.
