For this project, we worked with a great couple in Cambridge on their existing townhouse. Like most townhouses, this home only had 1.5 bathrooms on three levels, so the additions were more than necessary. We teamed up with Hammond Design to add a new bathroom to the second floor and renovate the existing bathroom to function as the master bath. The work was done in phases so that 1 bathroom was always useable. We even modified the first powder room! While we were renovating, we included the replacement of a new gas boiler with a high efficiency unit. In the end, the home added a new bathroom, one and a half bathrooms, new electrical, heating , painting and flooring. This was a beautiful transition from a 1980’s condo that was in need up improvements. Another satisfying project because we executed exactly on what the clients were looking for.
