Pool renovations always present challenges because of the unknowns. Our firm was asked to manage the pool company and to reinstall the pool deck and construct a pool house, with a screened porch and pergola for this pool renovation project on the eastern shore of Maryland. The pool house featured many of the amenities of an indoor room; however it was primarily a screened porch with no conditioned space. Our masons and carpenters worked in unison to create a simple yet functional and charming pool terrace and pool house that is perfect for outdoor gatherings.
