The clients mandate was crystal clear, “rip everything out and start from scratch!” Our scope of work included the demolition of the existing pool, spa, and deck and construction of a new contemporary landscape that fully optimized the space. A vanishing edge rectangular pool highlights the backyard. An upper deck with wrought iron railings extends the inside space outside and provides for a cozy outdoor room beneath the deck. Architectural detail and superb craftsmanship make this outdoor living space a “one of a kind” backyard.
