Our client purchased this waterfront property knowing that they would remodel the home and the landscape. The existing landscape was minimal, outdated, and boring. There was no flow or connection of spaces. The front yard was basically a concrete slab with a pool in the middle with no ornamental or flowering plants. We cut out sections of the concrete deck to create planting spaces. The white metal fence was removed to maximize the limited space of this small lot. Our scope of work included a cedar pergola, small flagstone patio and colorful summer flowering plantings.
