When our designer met with the new owners of this waterfront home it was in need of some updating and renovation. A large outdoor raised stone terrace was added for outdoor relaxation. The pool deck was changed to timeless flagstone. We scratched the large steep hillside and installed new ground hugging plantings for erosion control.
