Since 2001, together with the owner, our firm has slowly been transforming this rural rustic retreat, into a beautiful waterfront hideaway. The original English cottage style house was built in 1950, with virtually no ornamental plantings. Each year the client would embark on a new phase to improve the home and property. Our scope of work included the gravel driveway, brick walkway, Williamsburg style fence, the “coffee deck”, boulder shoreline, the outdoor kitchen pavilion, and lush plantings throughout the property.
