Elevated From Builder Grade to Custom and Cozy

This brand-new townhome was a blank slate for our clients. Before they even moved in, They had a vision for their family room. A large focal wall with modern built-ins, a fireplace, space for a large TV and comfortable seating.

Extra-large 8 foot slabs from Porcelanosa surround the fireplace and create a niche for the TV. Custom cabinetry from The Closet Factory provides covered storage and floating shelves to display photos and items from travels abroad.

Custom swivel barrel chairs are upholstered in white leather, a bold contrasting ebony wood trim and Edelman's crocodile embossed leather on the backs of the chairs.

A custom Lazar sectional is the epitome of modern comfort upholstered with a neutral, but nubby, high-performance fabric. A custom ottoman with moveable tray is a perfect perch for coffee cups and feet.
