Park Hill Bungalow

Our client saw the investment potential in this sad and dated 1911 bungalow and solicited our help to renovate the property from head to toe. We transformed this home into a neighborhood gem.

The exterior received a face lift as well. New windows, door, stucco, mill-work, and lighting provides great curb appeal. The original mill-work is accented in a darker color which compliments the freshly painted light, neutral brick.

We kept the original mill-work to preserve the history of the home. Painting it white makes the home feel open and light.

The original home did not have a master bathroom. We converted a small bedroom into a large, open oasis which includes an expansive, frameless shower and bench.

The accent marble tile on the floor and backsplash is a timeless addition that adds color and pattern to this new space. Brass lighting and décor bring warmth and an everyday sense of elegance to the bathroom.

The renovation of the guest bathroom includes Alaskan White polished tile on the floor and walls which open ups the space and create a light and bright environment. The delicate accent tile adds pattern and color.

It made sense to convert the old kitchen at the back of the home to a laundry and mudroom. Cabinetry and a patterned tile in a neutral hue provides interest and character.
