Color, lighting, and bold patterns are the ticket for a young family of four who needs spaces that are elegant, yet suitable for young children. Making the entrance grand this chandelier is the mid-century modern take on the traditional chandelier with its thirty lights and curvy of cables that mimic the curves of a traditional chandelier. The vintage mid-century modern buffet is the perfect pairing. This dining area begged for a large table and expansive chandeliers to fill up the tall ceilings. We added a punch of color with chartreuse green paint on an accent wall and roller shades on the French door in an abstract floral pattern of the same color. Metal stair railing with horizontal balusters replaces the older oak pine top balusters and stair railing for a modern version. The kitchen is lovely, but the chandelier needed to be modernized to coordinate with the new stair railing in the dining area.

Existing sofa, love seat and coffee table in the family room required the right accessories to make them feel fresh and new with upholstery on the slipper chairs in an eye-catching geometric pattern, casual drapery, pillows and a fluffy rug. A family photo gallery is perfectly placed. Only an intimate and cozy seating arrangement for television viewing would do, making this family room the favorite room in the house. A curvilinear sofa and custom drapery bestows the proper mix of elegance and playfulness for the living room. Hints of chartreuse in the chair upholstery, Ekat pattern custom drapery in a more modern Euro-pleat style and chartreuse accents pillow make it inviting and conducive with adjacent rooms. We simply updated the gaming room with a Chandelier that treats the eye to exciting visual depth.
