Young family of four and two fur babies needs a functional great room for playing, entertaining and watching TV. New carpet, fireplace makeover, drapery, artwork, furniture, furnishings and accessories with a fun vibrant colors and patterns.
As the main hub of the house a comfortable seating area with velvet reclining chairs to relax and watch TV. Nesting coffee tables are perfect for playing games while adding layers to the space. The existing fireplace got a makeover with some split face stone, and a wall mounted outlet for the family's flat screen TV was installed as well. The teal table with flip top easily converts to a desk for doing homework and can close hiding the mess back to a sofa table, sits off to the side in the great room. Custom drapery softens and completes the great room space.

In the kitchen simple updates were made to freshen this kitchen. Cabinetry painted white, new granite countertops installed, and linear glass mosaic backsplash installed. For flooring the couple had local company Jenco Companies (Stockton) polish the concrete slab and what a beautiful showcase of jewels shined through the polished concrete. The breakfast nook area features a built in banquet with vibrant custom cushions and pillows, custom roman shades, custom table and chairs and a fun drum pendant light fixture.
