This family retreat was renovated and expanded to accommodate large family gatherings. Key rooms were reprogramed and renovated to provide a direct connection to terraces, landscaped spaces and the rocky shoreline. All of the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and closets were renovated and redesigned. Finishes were replaced throughout. Small dormers were removed and replaced with large shed dormers that introduce light and air and provide expansive views of the Bay. Additions include a new garage, mudroom, pantry, back hall and powder room.
