Modern Master Suite / Grain-Matched Paneling / HUGE Storage

We designed and built all these cabinets, we did all the LV lighting and we installed all the cabinets. We did all the associated trim work as well.

This window features a window seat below and the entire top opens upward to access the crawl-space and thrid floor mechanicals. This prevents a need for a seperate opening in the ceiling and puts the opening in an area where when it is accessed it does not leave trash or debris on the berber...

The panel to the left of the door hides a cabinet. The panel to the right of the door hides a cabinet. The panel on the far right, next to the plaster wall, also hides a cabinet, in that case with drawers.

Capturing the flame pattern of this particular panel was very important to me. It is a book-match that wraps down into the window jamb.

Grain matched panels run half the wal area of the room. Some cover cabinets, some are just decorative. The simplicity of no protruding cabs and all the same specie exudes a zen calmness. The door set goes to the thrid floor outside deck. There are decks on all levels.

Here you can see the lighting inside one of the cabinets. All the opening cabinets feature hidden magnetic switches which turn the interior lighting on and off.
