Unique Washer Dryer Built-Ins

Unique use of under-eave space to the left and right of a dormer in an older home. Work accomplished on behalf of a general contractor during a renovation on this side of the structure.

Very, very close tolerances in these flipper doors, the type normally seen closing to cover a TV in an entertainment center. They open out like a regular door, then slide back and gently grab in place when all the way back as in this photo.
