This modest OKC 1960's home, located on 2 acres, was slated for a complete interior overhaul. The majority of the project was confined within the original footprint except for two 'bump-out' additions to create a grand entrance and expand the master bathroom to fit a large jetted tub surrounded by windows.
The two additions received limestone veneer to blend with the original smooth faced brick which was painted to accent the new stone walls.
All window and door openings were replaced with Weathershield TDL wood frame products with contrasting factory-applied exterior black finish.
New cabinetry and wood trim was installed throughout the entire home, as well as new wood flooring, natural stone countertops and ceramic tile floors in the bathrooms.
