This North Raleigh family loved their home and neighborhood but wanted to update and expand it. Wood Wise was brought in to design and build the project. The existing living and family rooms were combined to make a great room with plenty of seating for family and guests. Built-in cabinets provide storage, a home for the TV and a new stone fireplace. The new 2-story addition includes a sunroom with a stone fireplace and tile floor on the first floor and an expanded master bathroom and new laundry room on the second floor. The old laundry room became a second hall bathroom. The original hall bathroom was updated with new tile, vanity, and countertops. This large renovation has given this family a home that has improved their lives every day.
