Located on the golf course in a premiere North Raleigh neighborhood, this house was the perfect candidate for a makeover. Despite the large rooms, they did not transition well and were divided by small openings. The new layout includes relocating the powder and laundry rooms, a full kitchen renovation, widening hallways, better lighting, new hardwood floors, and much more. The result is a welcoming home, ready for lots of good family interactions and memorable social gatherings.
