Sometimes you have to wait a few years to get the kitchen of your dreams. The planning and design to create this kitchen paid off handsomely. White cabinets are elegant and classic. Stacked wall cabinets add storage and visual interest with the additional row of doors and hardware. Thoughtful placement of appliance and islands makes this kitchen very efficient for cooking.
The previous layout had an L-shaped island. For efficiency, the space was redesigned with two islands which include a prep sink. The pantry closet was replaced with pantry cabinets to increase storage. A custom-built hood sits above the backsplash of tumbled white marble. White delicatus granite countertops, refinished hardwood floors, and the painted wood ceiling lighten up the room. The high-end appliances add to the luxury look.
Wood Wise expanded the kitchen footprint into the dining area with a beverage cooler, organized storage and handy countertop. Additional cabinetry with a built-in wine refrigerator were placed in the rear entry foyer to replace an old closet.
