Rarely does a new bathroom design include hardwood flooring. For this older home, in the heart of Five Points, converting a bedroom into a bathroom was the ideal solution for adding a master suite. Wood Wise left the front window in place and replaced a side transom window to bring in light through a private shower transom window. The space feels sunny and spacious with pleasing colors and light tile.
For years they “made it work” with an original hall bathroom. This bathroom has all the features of new master bathrooms plus the unique quarter-sawn flooring only found in older homes. We included a spa-like shower. Moving from their former tiny closet to an organized, walk-in closet delighted our homeowners.
