Seattle Landmark Remodel

Our firm was honored to renovate the kitchen, butler's pantry, and breakfast room of this historic Seattle residence and City of Seattle landmark. The house was built in 1926 on the south side of Queen Anne Hill and was designed in the Georgian style by Seattle architect Abraham H. Albertson.

We added contemporary kitchen appliances that are stylistically consistent with the original 1926 construction. Retaining the original kitchen work table and converting it to the kitchen island was a major design objective. New cabinetry and custom jade green tile compliment the original features.
