For this classic house in Seattle's Harvard-Belmont Historic District, the owners wanted the new finishes of the kitchen and bath compatible with the existing historic interiors in the rest of the house. The tilework was designed to convey a vintage aesthetic. A powder room was created on the main floor and and incorporated an original butler’s pantry copper sink. The result is a gracious home with modern conveniences and early 1900s flair.
