These homeowners were interested in remodeling their kitchen. They and their young children had been in their home for 2-1/2 years and although the kitchen had been remodeled before they bought it, it wasn't their style.
We met and talked to them about what they were interested in. Their wishes and budget were in agreement so we brought our kitchen designer from Bender Showrooms to meet with them and measure the kitchen.
Once the kitchen layout was approved, they met with Daryl at Bender to select the cabinet and style as well as the fixtures.
We put together our proposal which includes everything - cabinetry, fixtures, electrician, plumber and our material and labor. We price everything upfront - no allowances or requesting the homeowner take care of purchasing.
Once we knew when everything would be in stock, we put together a project schedule for everyone involved. That start day came and one of our crews or a trade partner was on site until it was complete.
