The homeowners of this late 1920s colonial had a leak in their fully tiled stand up shower. They met with our tile supplier/installer who referred them to us.
The wanted to keep the cast iron tub so we suggested it be refinished. Because the walls were going to be torn out, the plumber was able to change the fixtures and make them more functional. The electrical work included installing a ceiling fan with a light outside the shower, installing a new recessed light in the shower and replacing the vanity light.
