Existing clients came to us to remodel the master bathroom in their home. it was outdated with a jacuzzi tub that was no longer used and they were interested in increasing the size of the shower stall. Of course, Bencar Building Systems was up for the challenge!
Mark sat down the with the homeowners to design the size of the shower and location of the tub and we sent them to Bender Showroom in New Haven for fixtures and North Haven Ceramic Tile for tile selections.
along with updated the existing recessed lights to LED, electric floor heat was added to help with those chill New England mornings!
A few weeks before the project started, everyone involved received a Project Schedule that give a timeline of the work being done. This way workers and subs (electrician, plumber, tile installer) know what day they will be working and the homeowners know who to expect.
The homeowners were thrilled with the results!
