This couple has lived in their Wallingford CT home for over 30 years. They love it and the location but were ready to make a change! We met with them in February to talk about our remodel process and what they were interested in. They had spent a lot of time research and watching HGTV shows and had an excellent vision for their kitchen. We took the measurements we needed to send to our kitchen designer at Bender Showrooms in New Haven and he came up with a layout that was just what they wanted. The next step was for them to meet the designer at the showroom and select the cabinets, countertop, sink, and faucet. They decided to continue the hardwood floor from the living room into the kitchen. People always question whether it's a good choice and we say Yes! It's warm and durable. They also turned a window into a slider to have better access to the backyard and we added a new deck outside the door. Once we had delivery dates for everything, we started the work in mid-April and six weeks later these homeowners had a new kitchen!
