BAMO

St. Regis Residences, Boston

The St. Regis Residences, Boston offered BAMO the opportunity to interpret East Coast luxury through a regional lens. The interiors reflect a design language that is both cosmopolitan and site-specific—drawing from maritime heritage without veering into nostalgia. From the private arrival lobby to the amenity lounges and model units, each space was considered for its relationship to light, water, and movement.

Michael Booth’s connection to New England brought a personal dimension to the project. His approach centered on hospitality-driven design, where comfort and sophistication live side by side. Public spaces feel expansive and warm, defined by custom lighting, inviting textures, and thoughtful sightlines to the harbor. In the private residences, materiality softens and details become more intimate, emphasizing livability and light.

Sustainability was integral to the process. The LEED-NC Gold building incorporates high-efficiency systems, durable natural materials, and storm-resilient construction, ensuring the project is as forward-thinking in performance as it is in design.
