Built to LEED Silver standards, the interiors emphasize comfort and performance: floor-to-ceiling windows, natural materials, and integrated systems for air, water, and energy efficiency. Custom furnishings, space-themed artwork, and local touches like handcrafted fireclay tile and California poppy accents ground the futuristic vision in place.
