Inspired by the rhythm of waves and the spirit of Los Angeles, THEA at Metropolis is a celebration of movement, light, and eclectic energy. Designed by BAMO, this high-rise residential project blends California modernism with a youthful, art-infused sophistication.
From the wood-screened lobby to the Palm Springs–inspired rooftop lounge, THEA’s interiors echo LA’s layered culture: fluid, playful, and grounded in design history. Curated furnishings from local makers, retro-modern accents, and bold materiality shape spaces. Amenity zones include a Collector’s Library, screening room, light-filled fitness spaces, and lounges with sweeping views from the Hollywood Hills to the Pacific.
Every space balances boldness and ease, fast pace and stillness, reflecting the essence of Los Angeles. At THEA, art, architecture, and lifestyle converge to create a dynamic, livable experience rooted in light, creativity, and community.
