Custom Sales Division Sales Consultant/System Designer, Bill Rollin, collaborated with builder Troy Slinkard (Vintage Design, Inc.) and Cheryl Tolleson of Tolleson Architects for this custom AV project. This modern mountain home is equipped with the latest in electronic luxury, including a state-of-the-art Savant control system, two theater areas, whole-house audio/video options, security cameras, one-touch control of lighting and HVAC through iPad and iPhone apps, and even control of the waterfall outside. There is also a Sonance outdoor sound system, with two below-ground subwoofers and eight small satellite speakers.
