ListenUp Senior Sales Consultant first designed a high-end home theater for this homeowner in 2004, and later created a whole-house audio/video control system for them in 2009. When they began making plans to build their mountain retreat, he chose to work with ListenUp again to implement his audio/video and control system.

This home incorporates advanced home automation, security and networking alongside a sophisticated Lutron lighting and shading system, an acoustically isolated bowling alley, a geothermal ice and snow-melt system and an audio/video lounge that is acoustically optimized and isolated from the rest of the structure. The whole-house Crestron system includes 12 zones of video each with 4K resolution, completely concealed high-performance speakers in 22 audio zones on all three levels of the home, and a digital move/music server accessible from every zone.
