ListenUp partnered with Summit County builder, Arnie Surdyk (Double Diamond Property & Construction Services) to install an easy-to-use, one-touch control system to this modern mountain getaway. The main concern for this homeowner was full security and HVAC system access, no matter where they were. By installing a Savant pro-host control system, Lutron RadioRa lighting control, 9 audio/video zones, 4 audio only zones - including 3 outdoor areas, access notifications on all locks, doors and garage doors, and even an automated control of the master water shut-off valve, ListenUp was able to provide every needed amenity for this custom project.
