Adding Curb Appeal
The builders wanted the house to stand out on the street to attract buyers. It worked. This home has paver driveway over 1630 square feet and a front walkway that is 110 square feet. Concrete cracks and asphalt eventually have to be patched or re-surfaced. Pavers will stand the test of time. Price wise...every paver application (driveway, walkway, or patio) is going to be a little different, depending on the paver chosen, the soil type, and accessibility but for this driveway and front walk, it was $19-20 per square foot.
