The homeowners had finished the interior remodel. Now it was time to do something with the exterior. Project goals were outlined as follows: Eliminate the front yard slope, create a more formal look across the front to tie in with the architecture of the home, create an inviting front entry, minimize the effect of the large driveway, and add lighting to highlight landscape and architectural elements – making it safer at night.
