Private Sanctuary

This yard has everything! The front yard is tasteful landscaped with it's long paver driveway and inviting entryway. The backyard is great for entertaining. The large Ipea deck has a spiraling stairway that leads down to the swimming pool and fire pit.

The deck steps curve to the fire pit paver patio. Take an evening dip in the pool and then relax by the fire.
Meet You At the Fire Pit
Paver patio surrounded by veneered-stone seat wall, topped with Indiana limestone. A really nice spot at the edge of the woods behind the home.

Just off the lower level media/game room is a patio under the deck. Protected from the rain, a cozy and comfortable spot to relax. Or, you can enjoy the deck and porch above.
Upstairs, Downstairs
This landscape extends the home's architecture. Originally, the back yard slope dropped six feet from the back of the house. So, the challenge was to level it out and create usable space for the swimming pool and fire pit patio.

Who cares if it's raining?! The patio under the deck is cool and comfortable. Even on the warmest, most humid days there is a bit of a breeze with the overhead fan. Provides an outdoor living space just off the media/game room.

What a cozy spot to have breakfast! Three-season porch...maybe three and a half with a roaring fire. This porch can be screened or open porch. Phantom screens are operated with a remote. By day the porch is open and by night the screen can be lowered to keep the room free of bugs.
