I was entrusted with the design of these two buildings on this beautiful double fronting just a block from Okanagan Lake. My clients gave me some general "wants" and a photo of the front of a very "different" home in Phoenix they liked. I used the irregularity of it as some inspiration for these two.

The main house is on the lake side and a garage with suite above backs onto the rear street, creating a private courtyard between.
