This unique little beauty is one of my favourite designs. It has the feel of a large home but is only 1700 sq.ft. We began design in 2014 and it's changed form a few times, paused for a while and finally popped out in this form in 2021.

Construction began immediately and it's final details have almost wrapped up this fall (2024). It's perched high above Okanagan Lake in Summerland, B.C.
