This stunning site on the lake is zoned for two residences (with plenty of room to spare) and I was tasked with creating the secondary residence first so the owner could live on the property while the main house was constructed. Life changed and new owners decided the little house was just perfect for them but added a matching triple garage (photos are coming as it was just recently finished)

This home is under 1400 sqft but has three bedrooms, living, kitchen, dining, laundry, mechanical area and two full baths. It feels much larger than it is and reminds me each time I visit that this is more than most anyone needs to live comfortably.

The builder, Trevor Blackwell ensured every detail was constructed as per plan and picked the materials perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the result.
