Every aspect of this design is clean and simple. My client asked for 'modern with a hint of deco". I think we got it ! Clean and simple everywhere. Makes a statement but not a loud one. As always I'm very pleased with the finished design.

I wanted to create detail on the garage here so I kicked out the overhang and ran it into a large corner build out. Hadn't done garage windows like these before but have since done them a few times.

View from street. Fencing provides privacy but still a view of the structure. I spent countless hours revisiting all the various wall built outs for size and height. Worked out nicely in the end but I certainly had my moments along the way.

I decided to hang the trusses out here to create the covered area over the door rather than posts. Simpler and of course fewer obstructions.

You can see the kitchen faucet through the window. Nice little view to the side yard here. Sidewalk leads around to front entry.

This is by far the largest single family city lot I have ever worked with. Flattest too ! We got a 2500 SF house with attached double garage, detached garage and there's still room for football practice (or lawn darts if that's your thing) back here. Just an amazing lot.
