While renovating this 35-year-old condo, our challenge was two-fold: firstly, to open up the main space such that the clients have ample area for entertaining and relaxation; and secondly, to maximize every single inch, as these clients were downsizing and hoping for a smaller space that still left them living large. The main living area was designed around the clients’ existing mission-style furniture so as to create a unified space. Bold colours found throughout the condo co-ordinate well and give the space true personality. This major renovation transformed their new home into something beautiful and functional.
