This home was over 100 years old and while it had been renovated in the past, certain things had not been corrected so the house was crooked – all the floors and all the walls. We executed a substantial renovation and re-framed the entire house as needed. In addition to this, we built a 2-storey extension onto the rear of the home. Large windows fill the house with light. The beautiful arched hall connects the front and rear of the home while efficiently containing a pantry, an office, powder room and storage space. This home is now not only square and level, but timelessly beautiful as well.
