The owners love to entertain so well-planned layouts ensured the resulting kitchen and living/dining areas are still large for hosting family and friends. Custom doors, antique hardware, a custom marble fireplace and a built-in, temperature-controlled wine wall add to the warmth of the main floor. Three bedrooms round out this condo on the 2nd floor. One serves as a guest bedroom/office, one is an exercise room with a murphy bed for visiting family, and the master is still large enough to hold a king size bed. The third floor is comprised of a second kitchen extending out to a large deck. Overall, with the French Art Deco design touches here and there, the owners are so pleased with their Parisian abode in the heart of Toronto.
