This backsplit house was totally renovated to make more functional space for this young family. Walls were removed to create a large kitchen, bar area, closets, dining and living space on the main floor. Washrooms were completely re-done along with new mechanicals. The lower family room was updated and a large window was made into a door leading to the backyard for ease of access. In the small but busy foyer area, a built-in bench and cubbies made sure everyone had their space. Now this family has room to live and grow.
