But having a lot of experience in mountain waterfront communities from the British Virgin Islands to as far away as China has proved invaluable! We’re also very pleased to design an architectural style that’s also not so common in SW Florida, the Modern Mountain with low pitched roofs, deep overhangs, extended fascias & gutters and touches like flat entry & metal roofs, contemporary siding and windows.
