Our clients loved the B-Line Medium plan, but they had a large family and difficult solid-rock lot. Working with Hive Modular’s Marc Asmus, they reconfigured the plan to add another bedroom and a jack-and-jill bath for the kids above the kitchen area. Blasting a basement and single car garage from solid rock also provided a covered deck off of the main level den.
