The Client acquired a lot close to downtown Aspen in a former mobile home park that is gradually being converted to permanent residential living. The extremely narrow site was a good fit for the B-Line and the "shotgun" plan layout and proportions are contextual to the adjacent converted mobile homes. A central corridor lit by clearstory windows organizes the plan and terminates in a large living, dining and kitchen area with mountain views. The finished basement provides additional bedroom and living space.
