Our clients loved the massing and the front façade of the C-Line Medium 002, but their needs required a slightly different plan. Working with Hive Modular’s Paul Stankey, they were able to maintain the look of the X-Line 010 while reconfiguring the plan to allow for a master bedroom ensuite, central 2-story dining room space, and large rear mudroom on the main floor, while allowing for 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths upstairs.
