The clients of this custom C-Line project loved their current neighborhood - but their growing family was quickly outgrowing the old home. Hive's solution was to reuse the foundation and utilities from the existing home and build a larger 2-story structure atop. The reuse of the existing foundation helped save costs and ensured that the home would be tastefully sized for the neighborhood.
