The clients came to Hive Modular requesting a guesthouse and a facelift of their existing cabin. They needed a new structure that could provide their children and grandchildren with a space that would allow them to feel fully at home, rather than feeling like “guests” in the original cabin. The result was a custom small 2-bed/1-bath structure with a small kitchenette, play loft and 180° degree living room views of the lake.
