The X-Line 001 was Hive Modular’s first custom X-Line design. Our clients wanted a new space for their growing family, but they didn’t want to sacrifice the sleek modern look they loved in downtown condos or the large lot sizes that were available in the suburbs. Hive Modular was able to transform the client's literal "napkin sketch" into the design they were looking for on an existing inner-ring older suburn infill lot they loved. Hive worked with the site to save as many of the large existing trees as possible, which also gave more privacy by being slightly farther from the street than some of the neighbors.
