The X-Line 003 was designed to be site-specific, resulting in a tuck-under garage, large views to the adjacent wetlands, and extremely careful siting to protect the existing oak trees. This project incorporates numerous sustainable features including interior translucent walls for borrowed daylight, gabion retaining walls, and a whole-house automation system.
